01 / Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BACKD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

02 / User Submissions & Moderation

You retain ownership of any content or startup data you submit, but grant BACKD a non-exclusive license to display, index, and analyze such content. We reserve the right to remove hate speech, malicious links, or misleading entries.

03 / Purchases & Boosts

All purchases of Boost influence packages made via Whop are processed under Whop's standard merchant terms and are digital consumable credits.
